All our screw caps is suitable for fresh products with short and extended shelf life such as pasteurized milk, dairy products, fresh juice and certain hot-filled beverages. All caps include a tamper evident band to indicate if the pack has been opened or tampered with. They are also equipped with a bore seal which provides a leak-tight re-closure. The Pure-TwistFlip™ is designed to keep the closure attached to the carton throughout its entire lifecycle, thereby reducing the risk of littering.

The cap complies with EU’s Single-Use Plastic Directive, which was introduced as part of the efforts to reduce the impact of certain plastic products in the environment and tackle marine littering.

As cartons with the tethered cap will be sorted and collected with the cap attached to the carton, it’s s more convenient for consumers to recycle.

Our Pure-TwistFlip™ openings comes in 3 different sizes ranging from 29mm to 37mm – 29i, 34i and 37i. A cap to fit every need.The closures are applied from the inside of the carton through a punched hole after the carton is bottom-sealed, but prior to filling and top sealing. All closures are available in a selection of different colors.
