IT Analyst for Sharepoint and Microsoft 365

Elopak Global IT is looking for an IT Analyst: Digital Workplace to join our international team in our Warsaw or Belgrade office.

Then join Elopak Global IT to take on an exciting new challenge as our new IT Analyst in the Digital workplace team.

As Elopak’s IT Analyst in Global IT, you will handle the day-to-day operations of our SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms and services including our document management systems and Elopak’s Intranet, you will take part in global projects and support the change management of the services.

Your key responsibilities:

• Drive the daily support and operations of SharePoint on premise and cloud services e.g. incident and change management
• Ensure the ongoing security enhancements inside Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Support/Drive projects in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services
• Drive improvements for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Develop SharePoint and Microsoft 365 roadmap
• Support stakeholders for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Future SharePoint migration / Upgrade projects

Experience/qualifications required

• Microsoft 365 administrator
• SharePoint administrator
• IT support or IT professional experience and mindset
• Good stakeholder handling skills
• Degree in computer science, business or relevant IT support background
• Excellent English and communication skills, both oral and written
• Good general ITIL knowledge/experience – certifications an advantage
