Key Account Manager Italy
PURPOSE
The Key Account Manager acts as a connector between customers and internal teams in Elopak. This person offers Elopak products and services towards customers across Italy as well as working together with Customer Support, Technical Services and Innovation & Engineering. Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships is the core purpose of this position, as well as contributing in a goal-oriented way the expansion of the company’s market position.
To be bold and fierce when it comes to take over the market opportunities making business where others do not see potential, is a must for this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Act as a consultant, sustaining and optimizing the Elopak/Customer relationship and aiming to increase customer satisfaction through the delivery of the products and services offered.
- Communicate and ensure that the contract settlements between Elopak/ Customer are being followed to achieve the agreed goals
- Responsible for managing the sales process, based on value selling principles through e.g. different product and services demonstrations and the displaying of samples.
- Develop and present customer tailored concepts involving Elopak’s products and services contemplating Elopak’s guidelines and agreement frameworks together with the customer’s wants and needs
- Responsible for budgeting & forecasting for respective customers and for results based on the given budget
- Create and ensure transparency within the market development, providing and analyzing strengths and weaknesses in the business with e.g. forecasts, estimations and reports
- Work together and communicate in an efficient way with other internal Elopak Teams for to achieve a strong customer’s support and their further development
QUALIFICATIONS
Commercial training with experience in the sales field/ University degree in Business Administration or similar.
Fluent in professional English, native Italian speaker
